Seven steps from zero to a fully-wired clan. The order matters β especially creating your clan page before verification.
Create your clan page before submitting verification. Approving a verification adds you to a clan β if your clan doesn't exist on ClanVault yet, staff can't approve you.
ClanVault uses Discord to sign in β no separate password to remember. Head to the login page and authorise with your Discord account.
Go to login βGive your clan a page on ClanVault. Enter your clan name exactly as it appears in-game β roster syncing pulls straight from the official RS3 clan list, so spelling matters.
Create your clan βSubmit your RuneScape name with a screenshot that clearly shows you own the account (your RSN visible in-game). This proves to platform staff that you are who you say you are.
Verify your RSN βA ClanVault staff member reviews your verification β usually within a day. Once approved, you appear in your clanβs member list with your rank.
Invite the ClanVault bot to your clanβs Discord server. It only asks for the specific permissions it uses β never Administrator.
Add bot to server βIn Clan Settings, paste your Discord Server ID and pick which channels the bot should use for drops, achievements, citadel updates, events, and staff alerts. Map your RS3 ranks to Discord roles and the bot keeps them in sync automatically.
Open clan settings βSet your citadel reset day and time on the Citadel page, define rank requirements on the Activity page so the bot can flag promotion candidates, and youβre fully up and running.
If your clan already uses ClanVault, you're three steps from your dashboard.
Create your ClanVault account by signing in with Discord β it takes a few seconds.
Go to login βSubmit your RuneScape name, your clanβs name, and a screenshot showing your RSN in-game. Staff review it, and once approved youβre automatically added to your clanβs member list.
Verify your RSN βSign up for events, check whoβs capped at the citadel this week, browse loot logs, and climb the points leaderboard.
Go to dashboard βA quick tour of the toolkit. Every feature is free β configure what you want, ignore what you don't.
A weekly view of your whole roster: who has capped, who has visited, and who hasnβt shown up. Capping is detected automatically from RuneMetrics, owners can set the clanβs reset day and time, and a "Sync now" button pulls fresh data on demand.
Schedule events with sign-ups, attendee caps, waitlists, reminders, and check-ins β plus built-in Bingo boards and Snakes & Ladders for community competitions. Events sync to Discord automatically.
Run skill and boss competitions with automatic tracking and leaderboards, including recurring competitions that restart themselves.
Owners define what each rank requires β days in clan, citadel caps, total XP, events attended. The Activity page flags who qualifies, and the Discord bot posts new promotion candidates to your staff channel every day.
Track your clanβs treasury: coffer items, quantities, GE values, and who contributed what.
Drops are auto-imported from RuneMetrics and announced in Discord. The loot split calculator divides a haul fairly across the team in seconds.
Owner-only analytics: XP gained per member over the last week from daily roster snapshots β the signal you need for pruning inactive members fairly.
Slash commands for stats, events, points, and prices; live drop and achievement feeds; citadel reminders; Member of the Week; automod; tickets; giveaways; and more β all configured from the web, no config files.
The community Discord is the fastest way to get help β the developer is active and questions get answered quickly.
