By accessing or using ClanVault ("the Service") at clanvault.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

ClanVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Jagex Ltd. in any way. RuneScape is a registered trademark of Jagex Ltd.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ClanVault. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian's permission.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf.
• You may not impersonate another person or use a username that is offensive or misleading.
• You may not create accounts using automated means or create multiple accounts to abuse the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

The person who creates a clan ("Clan Owner") takes on the following responsibilities:

• Clan Owners are responsible for managing their members fairly and in accordance with these Terms.
• Clan Owners must not use the platform to facilitate harassment, scamming, or harm toward their members.
• Clan Owners are responsible for the data they choose to display about their members.
• If a Clan Owner enables Discord activity tracking, they must inform their server members that it is active.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to ClanVault, including drop logs, event data, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant ClanVault a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content to operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe on the rights of others.

• Adding the ClanVault Discord bot to your server is subject to Discord's own Terms of Service.
• The bot collects message counts, voice activity minutes, and verification data solely for clan management purposes.
• It does not read, store, or transmit the content of any Discord messages.
• Server administrators are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately for their community.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm any person
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service using automated tools
• Submit false or fraudulent verification information
• Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

ClanVault is provided on a best-effort basis. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or any interruption to the Service. Significant changes or outages will be announced in our Discord server.

ClanVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClanVault and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed in-game events, or any other loss.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will announce material changes in our Discord server and update the "Last updated" date above.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in good faith. For unresolved matters, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the province or territory where ClanVault operates.
